I have been providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families since 2002. My background in trauma recovery has been a key resource in my work with adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of psychiatric issues. My focus includes anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma.
My approach draws primarily from extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Either alone or in combination with other therapies, CBT helps you become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking so you can view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them in a more effective way while better managing stressful life situations.
The rate for a 50-minute individual session is $140, and the rate for a 60-minute family session is $180. In-network Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Optum (United and Oxford) plans are accepted. If you are uninsured and cannot afford the fees, I will make every effort to work with you on an affordable rate.
